Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of receipt.

RETURNS:

Every order, commission & sale is handled with extreme care. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. All sales are final except in certain situations.

Please take the time to read the steps of purchasing & how to order. If you are concerned with any aspect of the image provided you think may be difficult to replicate, I take my time and do my absolute best to ensure the image is represented honestly and clearly as possible.

BUSINESSES

I am honoured if you would like to display my artwork on your walls for your customers to purchase or if you would like to commission me to create artwork for your business specifically, to enhance your office walls.

TERMS & CONDITION

Please note the following:

1. Leanne Marsland retains all rights to all artwork, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings.
   
2. Leanne Marsland retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece).
3. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.
4. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.
5. If a change of mind occurs once an order is placed & the monies have been transferred in full, the customer will receive a return of 50% of the total. This is only in the case whereby the illustration is yet to be started from the orders list. If the illustration has been started in any capacity, no refund will occur.
   

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is something I take very seriously. Any information you provide to me is held in strict confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
